Overall a good experience. Amanda was friendly and greeted me warmly when I dropped off my car. It was easy to get an appointment. Also, I didn’t love that they tried to upsell me on brake services and other services even though they rated my brakes as absolutely fine. I get it but don’t try to sell me on services I don’t need. Also, the woman checking me out seemed like she was in a hurry and annoyed that I was taking a minute to read over the paperwork she was asked me to sign. You can explain it to me politely or let me try to decipher what it says. I’m not signing something if I don’t understand what I’m signing. No one was behind me. More
