Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Declined the car wash. Showed up and was told it would take about 45 minutes. After 30 min, car was still in the lot. No communication to me about a delay. Taking my car in for service is stressful during these COVID times. Vision Kia makes it easy to check in and check out. They also have a waiting area that makes it easy to keep social distancing althoug COVID times. Vision Kia makes it easy to check in and check out. My most recent experience was as always top quality. I called on a Tuesday about shaking in my car and was seen the next morning. They even had to drive 45 minutes in both directions to get my part and ge called on a Tuesday about shaking in my car and was seen the next morning. They even had to drive 45 minutes in both directions to get my part and get my home in time to pick my daughter up from school and it was not an issue for them, Excellent service in a family-like environment. The service department looks for every way to make your needs affordable and easy to pay and IS ACTUALLY HONEST! Stay away from the large showy dealerships because Vision Kia has everything you need and will go out of their way to get it for you! More
