Great sales, service terrible! 1900 miles on used vehicle in a year...annual inspection.. low & behold tie rod fails inspection. Repaired elsewhere, reinspection...'oh, we forgot to tell you serpentine belt in a year...annual inspection.. low & behold tie rod fails inspection. Repaired elsewhere, reinspection...'oh, we forgot to tell you serpentine belt also bad' so now overdue for inspection...service manager refused to correct the mistake THEY made. Called management...'we'll call you right back'...7 days, the crickets are worn out... No response. Service supposedly checked 20+ things, including tires..my spare was totally flat, valve rusted in place...souvh road dirt obvious it hadn't been touched. Techs apparently not checking much other than the boxes...service manager shows 0 respect for Customer. Thumbs way down. More

I had a service appointment for 10:00 am. I dropped off my car earlier around 7:30 am and handed my keys over. I asked to have it ready by 1 pm. This was for an oil change and checkup. I was at my office and got called at 9 am from Vision Kia. I thought they were going to review their findings. NOPE! The car was ready for pick up and they didn't find any issues! Wait? What? It was even my scheduled appointment time yet. WOW is right. Great, fast service. More
I purchased my car in 2009. A modest 2009 Kia Rio. I paid more than the average MSRP because I needed the vehicle and nothing else was in my price range. I received free oil changes for the life of the vehic more than the average MSRP because I needed the vehicle and nothing else was in my price range. I received free oil changes for the life of the vehicle as part of my signing agreement. Over the years it has become more and more of a hassle. Extended wait times despite my scheduling days/ weeks in advance- sometimes letting the dealership pick the time thinking that might hasten the process. This past oil change I was quoted 45 minutes. I was 15 minutes early dropping it off. 40 minutes later the desk clerk comes to tell me that they cannot open the hood and subsequently changing the oil may not happen. I reminded him of the issue addressed in a previous appointment that the hood latch cable has loosened and someone would need to press on the hood while another engaged the latch in the car. I will say that I had years of service at vision Kia on 31F, until I took my concerns to a mechanic and was quoted the prices for the same service at the same standard, which was and is much better with my personal mechanic. Each time I leave the Linden Ave dealership, I ask myself why I put up with it, and why I keep coming back for a service that should be a way to keep my business and reward loyalty. Instead I am met with indifference and sub-par customer service. I will not be buying my subsequent car from this Vision or any other in the family of dealerships. I paid too much up front and was bullied into a contract because of circumstance and have received little to nothing aside from incessant inconvenience. More
