The service team is AOK and Manny helped get my '09 KIA Rio 5 in for service, now a second time, due to a KIA replacement part that failed. Manny, the service manager, was helpful explaining while they had a 2week backlog of service jobs already in-house, he would do his best to fit in my 5 outstanding vehicle recall items.
