Let’s sum it up. Buying a car you feel like an inconvenience. Getting service is worse than the dentist. I’ve been with Vision Kia for over 10 years, leased 3 and own the 4th. I was told my breaks needed to be done. I took care of it myself, would you believe the back ones didn’t? And they were ready to charge 6-800 to do them? I replace them, go back for an oil change and these 3 month old breaks are already at 70%. Yeah okay. Also had my tires rotated, thanks, didn’t bother to fill them up to proper air pressure though……. So that’s what sitting in a waiting room for 2+ hours gets ya. Oh and let’s not forget they call everyone sitting in the room one by one offering to sell you a new car. It’s beyond parody. You may ask, why have you stuck with them? The dealership is walking distance from my place. However I’m done at this point. Crappy service is one thing. Straight up lying breaks trust and owning a car has opened my eyes to just how scummy this place is. More

I’m incredibly frustrated that when I purchased my vehicle it was oil changes for life and now that is no longer being honored. This was a huge incentive to stay with the dealership but now with adde vehicle it was oil changes for life and now that is no longer being honored.
