Was told my car was ready. Went to pick up my car and found damage to it that they had billed me for fixing. They hadn’t even ordered the part yet. They took the keys back, and told me it would be fixed the next day. It’s been almost a week and the only reason they gave me is that they didn’t even order the part. They were perfectly ready for me to drive off the lot with a damaged car, missing a part that on their BOL they claimed they had already ordered and installed. More
