GM Joe Minarik I walked into the dealership somewhat upset and wanted answers about my daughters car. I wanted to speak to the manager. I was seated in a room, and in walks this big guy, introduced himself as Joe the General Manager. I told him why I was upset, and very calmly he says "let me look into this and I will call you". He did! And kept on top of it. My daughter took her anger out on Kia, when sitting down with Joe was all it took. Leased a new Kia Optima I worked with John on the lease of an Optima. We showed up two hours before the dealership closed, test drove the vehicle and got everything done that I worked with John on the lease of an Optima. There were no surprises, we transferred plates from an old car and drove off.
