It is normally an uncomfortable experience walking in as a woman by herself buying a vehicle and not having the dread of feeling ripped off. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Declined the car wash. Showed up and was told it would take about 45 minutes. After 30 min, car was still in the lot. No communication to me about a delay.
