Leased a new Kia Optima I worked with John on the lease of an Optima. We showed up two hours before the dealership closed, test drove the vehicle and got everything done that I worked with John on the lease of an Optima. We showed up two hours before the dealership closed, test drove the vehicle and got everything done that night. John, and the finance manger stayed nearly an hour late to get the deal done. There were no surprises, we transferred plates from an old car and drove off. I would recommend John to anyone buying a car, he is knowledgeable about the brand, he is upfront with pricing, and overall just a great guy to deal with. More

Excellent A friend of mine told me about this place for new cars. I looked on the website first to see what they had and realized they didnt have many manuals. When i got to kia my sales rep was Mike Lanze and he was kind super friendly and understood that driving a manual and my budget was final. Poor Service Be careful when it comes to free oil changes. When I visited today to have an oil change on my 2012 Sorento, they told me the drain plug could not be Be careful when it comes to free oil changes. When I visited today to have an oil change on my 2012 Sorento, they told me the drain plug could not be removed because the threads were worn and the entire oil pan needed to be replaced. I was given an estimate of over $300 to change the complete oil pan on the engine. When I suggested this should be replaced for free (since all oil changes were done by Vision), the Service Manager said this is a wear item and I would have to pay for the replacement. I declined the service and took the vehicle home. I was able to remove the drain plug and the threads were stripped, obviously due to over tightening. Luckily, the threads were OK in the oil pan so I spent $1.50 for a new drain plug and changed my own oil. They could have taken responsibility for this issue but decided to try and get more than $300 from me to cover their mistake. More
