Trying to buy a new vehicle in a pandemic with VERY minimal inventory in East Rochester. I worked with Shawn, who was incredibly helpful and patient. Trying to buy a new vehicle in a pandemic with VERY minimal inventory was difficult, but Shawn kept me on his radar and contacted me when my perfect vehicle came in. At a time when they could have taken complete advantage of the market, I was given an incredible deal and got to my ideal payment range. Scheduled an appt. on June 15th for Saturday, June 19th to go look at a Rio model that I had an interest in. Upon arriving that day, I was subsequently informed that the vehicle I came to see was no longe to go look at a Rio model that I had an interest in. Upon arriving that day, I was subsequently informed that the vehicle I came to see was no longer in stock due to being dealer traded off the lot, and that it was the last Rio they had. After some half-hearted assistance afterward and being left sitting alone for 10 minutes, I walked out in disgust. If they have that little regard for potential customers, I'm sure glad I didn't become one. More
