I purchased my vehicle from Vision Kia last year. My vehicle was titled to my husband who is NOT on the loan. They told me to send the title back so they can send it to Albany to have it corrected. I have called numerous times just for them to tell me Albany was backed up. That was fine. 10 months into my calling and now I am being told that they aren’t responsible for something THEY MESSED UP. I am now 13 months out from buying my car and I STILL do not have a correct title. Or even a physical copy of my title! Customer service WAS great. But this far out with no resolution, and Vision Kia not taking ANY accountability for their mistake. Smh this has been a terrible experience. More

GM Joe Minarik I walked into the dealership somewhat upset and wanted answers about my daughters car. I wanted to speak to the manager. I was seated in a room, and i I walked into the dealership somewhat upset and wanted answers about my daughters car. I wanted to speak to the manager. I was seated in a room, and in walks this big guy, introduced himself as Joe the General Manager. I told him why I was upset, and very calmly he says "let me look into this and I will call you". He did! And kept on top of it. My daughter took her anger out on Kia, when sitting down with Joe was all it took. It was the other car dealers lack of communication. 10 stars for Kia of Fairport, Joe M. GM. He really went above and beyond to make us satisfied. More

I dealt with Philip Amo this time around and he was excellent. He was friendly, personable, and overall very accommodating! He seemed very eager to try to get me out of my lease early because I was close to going over in mileage in my current vehicle. Within 10 minutes, he worked his magic and was able to get me into a brand new Forte the next day (without raising my payments!) Huge thanks to Philip, Joe Minarik (General Manager) and the whole staff! They're always super friendly! More
