Trying to buy a new vehicle in a pandemic with VERY minimal inventory in East Rochester. I worked with Shawn, who was incredibly helpful and patient. Trying to buy a new vehicle in a pandemic with VERY minimal inventory was difficult, but Shawn kept me on his radar and contacted me when my perfect vehicle came in. At a time when they could have taken complete advantage of the market, I was given an incredible deal and got to my ideal payment range.
