I have had my 2023 Sportage in at least 3 or 4 times within the last 2 years for a check engine light.Each tome thay tell me it's fixted but obviously it isn't. Pleasant reception even though I was 15 minutes late for my appointment (spent circling between East Rochester and Fairport due to poor directions from the Kia GPS directions. Wait for the inspection and oi my appointment (spent circling between East Rochester and Fairport due to poor directions from the Kia GPS directions. Wait for the inspection and oil change was reasonable. No cost for the oil change and inspection was a plus. Parking however in that small lot wasn't all that great. Overall the experience was ok.
