Had multiple services 4/27 and the customer service was awesome! Kelly was extremely friendly and right on the money with approximate time required to complete everything! I ran some errands and came back awesome! Kelly was extremely friendly and right on the money with approximate time required to complete everything! I ran some errands and came back at the estimated time, all work and recalls completed, she explained all the paperwork and advised on upcoming preventative maintenance and I was on my way! The sales manager put a lot of pressure on me to buy the extended warranty for my car, including making me watch a lengthy video aimed at getting me to agree to some kind of extra warranty coverage. I was also marched down to the service department to make my first service appointment, without being asked whether I wanted to. Nobody likes this kind of pressure when they are already spending a lot of money on a car. More
