The person I dealt with was very efficient and professional but also very friendly. He knew exactly what I needed. Completed the paperwork and had me seated in the waiting room. Went in for an oil change and was charged for “shop incidentals” I have heard of such a thing so when I asked I was told you know things like gloves and pig soakers.
