Went to repair gas tank lid and oil change. Registration took place after waiting 1 hour despite arriving at appointed time. Oil change was done. But again was told gas tank lid/ lock mechanism part had to be ordered. This is the third time dealer said the same thing. Received notice 3 times prior to going to dealer stating part has arrived. Again, part has to be ordered. It's now been over 2 months where I received notice 3 times part has arrived, I go to the dealer and am told it has to be ordered. It appears the dealer's left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. More
