Did not even diagnose the problem in my car. Put a new starter in that didn't need to be there. Kept me waiting in their lobby for an hour and 15 minutes (5:30-6:45pm) while Tyler was filming a commercial, rather then properly fixing my car. More

At first, they did not fix the problem on my car correctly. My car broke down the next day while I was out of town. I called and told Dave what happened and he got me in immediately with a rental an correctly. My car broke down the next day while I was out of town. I called and told Dave what happened and he got me in immediately with a rental and had my car back to me, fixed properly, in a day and a half at no cost to me. Made a bad experience an amazing one and I appreciate that greatly! More

Tyler went above and beyond to make sure everything was done on my vehicle in an efficient and timely manner. He even pointed out a couple of things that I hadn't mentioned and had them fixed while my vehi done on my vehicle in an efficient and timely manner.
