I had a lot of work done and spent a lot of $. I asked to have my windshield washed. Told it would be done. It wasn't. I would have liked the sticker for showing me when my next oil change is due. Called and spoke to Jeff 1day, made an appointment to see him the following day. Upon arrival, Jeff had already had the keys in hand for the vehicle we had discussed the previous day. Jeff greeted us, introd him the following day. Upon arrival, Jeff had already had the keys in hand for the vehicle we had discussed the previous day. Jeff greeted us, introduced us to the manager, and showed us to his desk while he went to get the car. We took the car for a test drive, and returned to chat with Jeff, we acturally realized we wanted more options so Jeff went and got a different car. This was the car we wanted and we were able to settle on a price. I would recommend this dealership and Jeff to anyone I knew of that was buying a vehicle. More

Talking to someone that looks the part, service uniform, makes it seem like they know more about autos that someone in a suit. Too formal, not at all friendly. When I stood up to leave every single chair or table area was filled. That was a first. Didn't like people being told that their vehicle needed further parts and service in front of others. Most of us there were seniors, funds can be scarce so maybe having to say no not at that time is embarrassing. Was asked if made appointments over phone or online. I used online. Was told generally a discount can be given over the phone. How is that fair? More
