I would give zero if I could. I bought my car from this dealership and got free oil changes. Well a new owner took over and had decided that he's not honoring those contracts. I booked my appointment online and selected the reasons I was coming in and yet they had no record of anything when I came in. The brunette woman who checked me in was rude. The service manager was rude and the new owner was a new level of misogyny I've yet to experience. I'm very happy to report that my knowledge was vastly superior to his, especially regarding his own customer reviews. The only people who were remotely pleasant was one male sales rep and the woman who checked me out. Thanks to this one manager I'll be not only buying my next car elsewhere but no longer with hyundai if this is how hyundai allows it's franchises to act towards customers. More

I called (they have never answered the phone, when I've called) to make an appointment. They called me the next day. Made appointment and ordered 4 new tires. Appointment was 2 weeks later. I had a lot of work done and spent a lot of $. I asked to have my windshield washed. Told it would be done. It wasn't. I would have liked the sticker for showing me when my next oil change is due.
