If they were from the dealership, they have access to records.I tell them that and hang up! Earlier in my career if being a Kona owner, I used to receive mega calls about trading in my car on a new one. I explained I did not and requested NO MORE CALLS. It's these irritating calls that make me NOT want another Hyundai STOP WASTING MY TIME! More

Spent over 2 hours waiting for a tire rotation and oil change even with an appointment. We waisted all afternoon on my day off getting this service done. Also they were going to appraise our SUV to possib change even with an appointment. We waisted all afternoon on my day off getting this service done.
