I've been a customer for over 16 years and usually everything goes well. My issue this past time was contacting them to get in for a recall, took over a month!! Every time I call, I am told they are busy and to try again later. Could only get through chatting online. First time I came in, I was told the part didn't arrive, but never received a call to cancel and drove 1/2 hour for nothing. Second time around, they took care of me. Regarding the calls, when I am there it doesn't seem that busy and I see no one at the service desk on other calls, so makes me wonder why they don't pick up the phone when I call. Brianna was the MOST helpful in making my appointment and called back to confirm second appt, kudos to her!! The one star below is because I didn't work with the Sales Dept and there was no NA to chose. More

I had left a review on Google yesterday, but I would like to leave another one too. I believe this is probably one of the best dealerships I’ve been to for the service department. The girl that helped me was very honest and caring about what was done to my car. I wish I could recall her name. I felt that I was not told to have something fixed that wasn’t necessary. I think it’s honest service department. I have not purchased a car there as my car is 10 years old and I still like it.
