When I bought my car at Vision, part of the purchase was free oil changes for the life of the car that I owned it. While the amount of money to have an oil change is not significant I questioned the integri free oil changes for the life of the car that I owned it. While the amount of money to have an oil change is not significant I questioned the integrity of the dealership in reneging, on that agreement made at the time of purchase. Overall, it makes me question the honesty of the dealership the next time I will be looking to purchase a vehicle. Again, it’s not the dollar amount but the integrity of the dealership that is in question. More

If they were from the dealership, they have access to records.I tell them that and hang up! Earlier in my career if being a Kona owner, I used to receive mega calls about trading in my car on a new one. I explained I did not and requested NO MORE CALLS. It's these irritating calls that make me NOT want another Hyundai STOP WASTING MY TIME! More
Spent over 2 hours waiting for a tire rotation and oil change even with an appointment. We waisted all afternoon on my day off getting this service done. Also they were going to appraise our SUV to possib change even with an appointment. We waisted all afternoon on my day off getting this service done. All though they lady who works as a the cashier is always very friendly. More
