My experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I believe it needs attention. it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the service team. There were many of my calls that went unanswer and I believe it needs attention. it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the service team. There were many of my calls that went unanswered and I never received a call back. Even though I told the team that I was a teacher and not available to answer calls during certain times, the few calls I did receive were during those times I was unavailable. This was extremely frustrating. The repair took an unacceptably long time. The entire time I had unclear communication. I also felt like I was being taken advantage of. I was told that my flex pipe needed to be replaced and I almost payed for that work. However, after I asked more questions I learned that my vehicle was actually drivable without this repair. It would have been more transparent and honest to tell me that the part was rotted but still usable. I appreciate recommendations but not sneaky additional add ons. When I finally got my car back, there were many problems. The battery was dead, the tires were dangerously low, and the license plates were detached. Nobody informed me of any of this I had to discover it myself. I was then told that I would need to pay $90 to have the plates reattached, which I find unacceptable after such a long wait and poor service. Good service would have taken care of these issues at the very least After my car was stolen due to an error in the cars design, I chose Vision Hyundai to repair my vehicle. This is because I thought that the techs and service team would have my back and do everything by the book, helping me along the way to understand what was going on. There was instead a huge lack of professionalism and expertise. I was met with confusion and frustration. I remained polite and patient throughout this process, but unfortunately, this did not yield any positive results. I will never return to vision Hyundai or purchase a Hyundai vehicle and I will inform anyone seeking car repairs of my experience. I really hope something is done about this. More
When I bought my car in 2009, I was told I had free oil changes for as long as I owned the car. After the oil change yesterday, they said that benefit was no longer being honored. After spending $1400 to have my car serviced including a coolant flush my car overheated on the NYS Thruway with 2 small children in the car My car had never done this before. I paid $300 to have the car towed there to them with assurances that they would reimburse me for the tow if what they had done caused it. They said the air wasn’t completely purged after the coolant flush but they still have not reimbursed me for the tow or part of the money I paid to have the service done. The service manager Jessica promised to call me the following day after talking to the general manager about the situation. She now refuses to return my calls and email. Do not do business with Vision Auto. They are cheats and liars and recommend work that doesn’t need to be done. More

I usually get great service here but not this time. A rude service guy named Mark wasn’t prepared to go over estimates and of course had to call back after being on the phone for 3 minutes. I left a voicemail looking to speak with a manager and got Jessica. She wasn’t great either. I mentioned someone who previously assisted me and she just wanted to keep correcting me saying “that person doesn’t do that, she just answers phones”. As a customer, you remember who assisted you but Jessica thought she knew it all. Overall the experience sucked. But Chad was very nice when I picked my car up. More

Service worker told me that this was not available any more. I said it would be nice to have been told. He then suggested it was a contract made with my sales person. and asked who it was. Unfortunately that salesman is gone. At time of checking out Chad Zimmerman told me that he contacted someone and grandfathered me in to always receive 50% but guess what I did not get 50% off The past bills when I got 50% off the discount was 42.22 The discount on Oct 16 was only 22.22 . I did ask if there was an easier way to make a service apartment. He said call. I said I did that and it takes forever to get a return call. He told me thats because they get bover 250 calls a day. It was very difficult to not laugh in his face.. This experience is making me wonder if my next purchase will be from Vision Hyundai. It would be nice to be contacted that you actually care about my opinion. More
