This Service Department seems very disorganized. Went in the an oil change and an inspection for a paint issue and it took approximately 2 hours. I was then told it was going to be at least a week Went in the an oil change and an inspection for a paint issue and it took approximately 2 hours. I was then told it was going to be at least a week before I heard any resolution for the peeling paint issue. I even had an estimate from a local body shop in Geneva where I reside, I was told it doesn’t work that way and they use their own body shop in Webster, N.Y. I explained that I was all ready taking the car to our local body shop for painting due to the car being keyed down the driver’s side and that it only seemed logical to have both done at the same time. I was then told that Hyundai would only pay a given amount and the shop I was going to and already had an estimate for would probably charge more than what they would probably be willing to pay. I brought the estimate with me, and they wouldn’t even look at it. I let the gentleman know how unhappy I was with the response and possible resolution. I certainly hope that when this issue is resolved that it is to my satisfaction. More

It is helpful that Vision Hyundai monitors when scheduled service is necessary. It gives me confidence that along with the expected service, a complete inspection of the vehicle is done to ensure all is OK. service is necessary.
