No communication what so ever. Said they'd call with updates never did, we had to drive to the dealership to get answers. Then my vehicle was fixed and within 24 was taken back bec Said they'd call with updates never did, we had to drive to the dealership to get answers. Then my vehicle was fixed and within 24 was taken back because they didn't fix it properly. And threw their hands up stating they had no idea what else to do and sent me to another dealer, and that was only service. Sales was worse. I will never buy a vehicle from them again More

Every time I come there they always want to fo something to my car,last time they said I needed brakes ,I only had 11,000 miles on the brakes I have on the car then they said I needed a transmission flush to my car,last time they said I needed brakes ,I only had 11,000 miles on the brakes I have on the car then they said I needed a transmission flush which I had already had done, which they did have in their records, I won't be buying another car from this dealership as all they want is money from you, these are only 2 things,there has been more. Vision Hyundai Canandaigua has one of the best Service Departments I’ve used in over 50 years of owning cars. I truly appreciate their service advisors, who understand what I want and need from a service Departments I’ve used in over 50 years of owning cars. I truly appreciate their service advisors, who understand what I want and need from a service visit, and they do NOT try to oversell service that may not be needed, like other places I’ve been to. I also trust their service technicians to perform maintenance correctly the first time. I highly recommend this service department. More

I had just detailed my car before bringing it into this dealership, and lucky me, I got to bring it home and wipe the shoe scuffs off the door and sill plate, the greasy fingerprints off the door, and best dealership, and lucky me, I got to bring it home and wipe the shoe scuffs off the door and sill plate, the greasy fingerprints off the door, and best of all the greasy fingerprints off the diaper and baby wipes I’m taking to my niece’s baby shower on Sunday!!!! What the xxxx is wrong with cleaning your hands before handling all of these things???! More

Good product… deceptive and manipulative sales and sales management. Seems you have three dealerships or so in Rochester region. People are buying Hyundai. It appears to be that you ( the owners) are go management. Seems you have three dealerships or so in Rochester region. People are buying Hyundai.
