I haven't dealt with sales staff since ownership changed but the service department has always been excellent. Staff are polite and helpful, my car has always been ready within their estimated time frame, but the service department has always been excellent. Staff are polite and helpful, my car has always been ready within their estimated time frame, and I have never had a problem with the work done. The only issue I have had is with the out of state, high pressure sale people that call whenever I have a service appointment. The first time I got 3 calls within an hour. After complaining to the dealership, the second time I only got one call, and the person accepted that I was not interested in trading in my car without too much fuss. I would definitely shop for my next Tucson at Vision in Canandaigua. More
