Everyone here was so helpful and kind. I was driving from NY to Chicago when at the start of my trip the low engine oil light kept coming up on dashboard. Service department scheduled the appointment knowing it would take 3+hours. It takes me over an hour to get there so I arrive about 15 minutes early then they tell me I have to reschedule because they don’ would take 3+hours. My Elantra was in the service area for over 2 months addressing an engine problem. The Service manager, Jessica Brown, was very courteous and personable in trying to explain what was causing delays in f addressing an engine problem.
