Did not have the best of luck getting in touch with the dealership when an issue came up with my car. My appointment for an oil change was for 0730. I arrived 10 to 15 min early. My truck was finally finished at 0855. Almost 1 1/2 hours for the first oil change of the day! Then my wife received a I arrived 10 to 15 min early. My truck was finally finished at 0855. Almost 1 1/2 hours for the first oil change of the day! Then my wife received a sales call hours later. This person didn't know if i was still in the building or not or even what i had been there for. It would have been nice to have some snacks available for customers More
