Service department is good. I would have given 5 stars, but I hate it that I always get a sales call when I bring my car in for service. Everyone in the service department is pleasant and easy to work with. I brought my car in for routine maintenance and was out in about one hour. Each time during my last three visits I've had service done to my car including just getting an inspection. I haven't been notified either time when my car is finished, after waiting for a while I usually done to my car including just getting an inspection. I haven't been notified either time when my car is finished, after waiting for a while I usually take the initiative to ask if my car is finished and ironically right after asking that's when I'm informed that it's finished. I decided not to do a survey based off of a couple bad appointments but a third time is an issue. More
