I have called Service Dept. to schedule appointment nobody answer phones. There is a robotic person by the name of Pam. left information no call back. The customer service was over the top. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Johnny Gonzalez took care of everything. No bouncing around to different people to get answers. He even called my warranty company to find out if my service was covered. When I was still hearing a noise after the service was complete, he made sure it was taken care of.
