It took 4 weeks to fix my vehicle, after being told it would take only one week. The communication between the service department and myself was horrible. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 am. For an oil change and inspection. I assumed it would only be a few hours. By 2 pm I had not heard from anyone. I called. No answer. He said vehicle was ready and they forgot to call me. This is the 2nd time they have forgotten to call me. It’s not good business And it’s $75 for an oil change. That is way too expensive. I will not be returning for my oil changes. More
