The people were great, and service in general was fine, though I was there WAY too long, for just an oil change. Especially one that was scheduled... (I wasnt just a drive-up.) Andy is rude and condescending. Diagnosed my vehicle before even getting my approval. Then informed me I have to pay the fee or my car wouldn’t be released. I was quoted “a couple hundred dollars” to get a new replacement key fob and they charged me 515 $… Yes that’s right 515 $ just for a new key fob to be able to start and unlock the car remotely. They didn't have the part in stock but was able to get it by the next morning. I had plans that afternoon and they said it would be ready by noon. I received a call before 10 a.m. that the car was ready for by the next morning. I had plans that afternoon and they said it would be ready by noon.
