The customer service is abysmal. My car was there for over a week, got it back where it said was fixed. Drove it less than 2 miles and all of the lights came back on. Took it back in My car was there for over a week, got it back where it said was fixed. Drove it less than 2 miles and all of the lights came back on. Took it back in and car was there for an addition 2.5 weeks. I called a bunch of times to see what was going on. They didn't know what was wrong for over a week and no one would call me back. I only received a few calls saying "we are working on it." Pathetic customer service. More
Tye service work was fine. Making the appointment was not. I called to make an appoint for my recall and the lady who answered was not very friendly. She placed me on hold for a good 10 minutes and never came back on the line. When I called , I informed her of my wait and she never apologized. All she said was ok. I also don’t appreciate having someone call while my vehicle was there trying to upsell me on another and offering to buy my vehicle. Very unprofessional! More
