Service work was decent but the person answering the phone to make an appointment was rude. I called and asked a question I had about a recall. She didn’t know the answer so she placed me on hold and ne phone to make an appointment was rude. I called and asked a question I had about a recall. After a good 10 minutes I called back and told her I have been on the phone for 10 minutes and she never apologized. All she said was ok and that the person she needed answers from was not there. she needs phone manners if she is going to work a customer service job. I also don’t like the fact that a sales person calls me each time my vehicle is in for service to offer to buy my vehicle and sell me another. If I wanted to buy another vehicle I would walk in and do so. Stop the upselling! More

My first experience with this dealership was good but the 2nd one was poor. I went in knowing what I wanted to do but ended up doing something that I really didn't want to. I felt this dealership was pushy, 2nd one was poor. I went in knowing what I wanted to do but ended up doing something that I really didn't want to. I felt this dealership was pushy, the vehicle wasn't ready for delivery, it was dirty and when we took it back to be cleaned it wasn't. They blamed it on being short staffed. Very unprofessional. Very displeased. Don't think I'll go back. Sorry More
Every person I interacted with that this establishment courteous and professional. I was a little disappointed in the delayed/lack of communication on my maintenance. My car ended up staying for 2 days when it was supposed to be one. I had to call to find out this was the status at the end of the workday (5:00PM). They were apologetic and kind about it, which was appreciated. More
