I sent in my 2008 Buick Enclave CXL for an oil change, tire rotation and 75K mile special service recently. The whole thing (checking in, riding in a shuttle van, receiving calls from the service desk, de tire rotation and 75K mile special service recently. The whole thing (checking in, riding in a shuttle van, receiving calls from the service desk, description of diagnosis/services needed to be done, pricing, free rental car (my suv has to stay there overnight), customer service area (to pay for the labor/parts), detailed/informative paperwork, picking up my suv) is nothing but good experience. I don't have any reason not to go to Bob Hastings at all. :) More

In all honesty I am not sure just what was done to the car. George said that the ?bolts in the front end of the car were worn and that is what was causing the loud rattle which I told him to fix. I can't find on the 'check sheet' that an oil change was done as I requested - the sheet is just marked that they filled the oil and the box that shows that an oil change was done is blank. We agreed that the Castle injector service was okay to do. So was an oil change done or not?? Otherwise everything was done okay and I could feel the car drive much better on the way home. In answer to the next question I would have preferred to have had the opportunity to talk with George when I picked the car up. More

Brought my car in with a minor to correct a problem with the rear window defogger and routine maintenance. Mike took the time to test and explain what he found but decided to look further after discussing t the rear window defogger and routine maintenance. Mike took the time to test and explain what he found but decided to look further after discussing the problem with me. He discovered a service bulletin which hopefully corrected the problem. I appreciated the time he took to explain what was done and what he would do to correct the problem. Very pleased with the service provided by Jim, Michelle and Mike. All were very professional!! As always, everything from my call requesting an early appointment and need for prompt service (I wait for my service and had another appointment that did not permit an extended time for service).
