The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They have arranged loaners for us when a repair impacts our busy family life without hesitation. They are not the cheapest repair facility, but the value provided involves having properly trained technicians, service performed quickly, and a staff dedicated to making service as unobtusive to our daily routine as possible. I have many other experiences to contrast their customer service and competence against and have no issue telling anyone I meet to take their GM vehicle to this dealership. More

I feel that have service done by a dealer is preferred offer any other shop. Yesterday I had an oil/filter change and the brake service, and today a broken trailer pigtail replaced. I have always felt that dealers should be able to obtain PARTS at a lower cost than other shops. Typically that doesn't seem to be true. It doesn't seem to me the all dealers, including GMC, is charging the best price on parts. They are the greatest volume customer in the world and why can't that cost savings be shared with the customers has always been a question I don't understand. This is the reason over the years I've gone to independent repair shops. More
