Although I had not anticipated the high cost of a repair I didn't know was needed, Jim explained the reason it should be done even though my 2007 LaCross has only 25,000+ miles on it. The service as always was above expectations. They were not on time they were ahead of the game as they usually are. IE: I was told my truck would be ready by lunch time and it was ready to go before 11 AM not on time they were ahead of the game as they usually are.
