I needed to get my Acura SUV in for a NYS inspection and called with 1 day to go before my current inspection expired. Jim, as always, found a way to squeeze me into the shop's schedule. I am always pleasantly suprised with Jim's attentiveness to above average customer service and even more appreciative that he's always honest about what service is needed and not needed, which is more than I can say for other service shops I tried before trying and sticking with Hastings. I was signed in and elected to wait for a routine service and tire rotation. I also asked to check a rattle and noise, probably part of the exhaust system. The car is 13 years old, a 2000 Saturn, so I don't expect it to sound like a new car. I am grateful that the Buick dealership is so receptive of Saturn owners. More

What started out as a routine inspection, ended up with me coming back the next day with a dead starter, an unfortunate coincidence.
