Jerry explained the cost of the additional work required for my vehicle to pass inspection and did not proceed until told to do so. The vehicle was returned in clean condition. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with a TV and complimentary coffee. A shuttle service is available for those occaisions in the passt when I had to leave my vehicle for service. More

I had a major water leak in my car. The windshield had already been replaced, but the problem persisted. I talked to Jim Pilosi before scheduling service. The "water leak specialist" found the heating unit drain plugged and a cracked seal. The work was done ahead of schedule, and the bill was less than $85. I was very happy. I can depend on Bob Hastings to deliver honest estimates and quality workmanship. I know when I call with a service problem that the personnel, especially Jim, will get the job done. More
