Been going to Hastings since Saturn closed and have been very impressed with the service department. They have always been up front and honest about the repairs necessary for the car and have been very fair very impressed with the service department. Also provided a loaner without even my asking once when they had to have the car multiple days due to a part not being available. Quite frankly, while the car has had more issues than I would like, I have been so impressed with the service I have received I will likely buy another GM product from Hastings. More

They provided incredible service and really extended themselves. I needed to get a repair done on my car, and due to an unusual family situation could not get my car to the dealership. They actually ca themselves. I needed to get a repair done on my car, and due to an unusual family situation could not get my car to the dealership. They actually came and picked my car up, repaired it, and delivered it back to me. They had ordered a time-sensitive part and instead of returning the part when I could not get down there, they decided to handle the situation this way. In all the years I have driven I have never had a dealership do this. I was most appreciative. More
