They took on Saturn service when my dealership closed, and they could not have been nicer. I am always treated well when I appear for my service appointments. They have a nice waiting area with tv, magazi and they could not have been nicer. I am always treated well when I appear for my service appointments. They have a nice waiting area with tv, magazines, beverages and bathrooms nearby. They always come and explain to me what they found or what other service they think I might need. I especially appreciate that, since it's something that was often missing in the past (before Saturn). They do their best to investigate or fix anything I mention, even the little stuff (like the brake pedal squeaking). When Saturn closed I had a choice of service dealers, and I'm very glad I chose Bob Hastings Buick. More

I have had very positive experiences with the service team at Bob Hastings service and collision. I purchased my car from Saturn in '04 and had it serviced almost exclusively at the dealership, and sinc team at Bob Hastings service and collision. I purchased my car from Saturn in '04 and had it serviced almost exclusively at the dealership, and since they closed have been going to the Bob Hastings group. I really prefer to have my car serviced at a dealership/manufacturer, my experience with outside service providers has not been great. I am a proponent of preventative maintenance and I hope the team at Bob Hastings is leading me in the right direction. I want to get the most out of my car before having to replace it in the next few years. More

My first contact was with Jerry Harden who took my phone call to schedule my 7,500 checkup. Very friendly and accomodating in arranging the time. When I arrived, Michelle also greeted me warmly with a welcome "High, Jack!" Jerry wrote up the order and Bernie engaged in pleasant conversation while driving me to my daytime destination. Jerry phoned me late in the day to ask if I needed a ride back to the dealership--no. I checked in with the cashier who was very pleasant as I paid the bill. My service charge was less than I had expected, with a couple of discounts applied to reduce my payment by approximately $20. More
