Only surprise was that techs didn't get in until 8 when I dropped my car off at 7:30 - either I missed that when I booked the appointment or they forgot to mention it. Everything to do with the service was very good. I am a little disappointed that I needed the service. I don't think that after a week of owning my used car that we should need a battery. what inspection little disappointed that I needed the service. I don't think that after a week of owning my used car that we should need a battery. what inspection activity was done before selling me this used car if not to check things like the quality of the battery. I was stuck once and had to get a jump start a second time. Not how you want to start your experience with a new car. thanks Fred More
Purchased a 2009 Yukon about 2 months ago from Steve Page. Very good experience and we love the vehicle, but it started acting up a month ago. Error messages, reduced power, apparently a sensor issue which we thought was solved but which reared its ugly head again just before Christmas. The service department got us right in, and replaced a throttle position sensor which we all hope solves this issue. We traded our Envoy for the increased towing capacity of the Yukon, and I'm not looking forward to hanging 3 tons of trailer on the back of it if this issue is going to continue. My wife is the primary driver, and she watches our grandchildren, so the thought of being stranded in bad weather with little ones in the car is pretty unnerving. More
