The first time I brought my car in for a computer update for the rear differential and paid for new mats to be installed,they didn't even bother to vacuum the carpets first. The second time I came for the six month service, which was free, I checked out and was told my car was outside and to just hit the lock button and head to the beep. Well,needless to say someone was also looking for their car and I was walking back and forth trying to find my car! Someone did see me and offered to help. I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to look for my car after service! There should be a designated area for people waiting for their cars and not go find it! More

Needed a NYS inspection and fix for a leaky tire. John checked me in and out efficiently. Was told that the stem value was the problem and it was fixed under warrantee. I was due an oil change and had it done and was advised I was due a brake service and transmission fluid filtering. Unfortunately, in two weeks I was advised I was due the inspection. Had I waited, I could h was due a brake service and transmission fluid filtering. Unfortunately, in two weeks I was advised I was due the inspection. Had I waited, I could have done all at once. So in a couple of weeks, scheduled the inspection for 10:00. I came in and said I was here for the 10:00 inspection. He said do you want the brake job and transmission filtered. I said yes. They finished the job and I drove home. I noticed something strange on the decal. It didn't look right. On further inspection I saw it hadn't changed. I called and asked why the decal wasn't changed. They sort of indignantly said we didn't inspect it. I said, "That is why I brought it in". The fur kind of flew and I had to go back to the dealership and now get the car inspected. I wasn't charged for the inspection. I didn't appreciate two trips for the service. More
Sales people were great . The guys that actually service /work on the car are great. The guys upfront in the service area seam to want to try to sell you something that I fell I don’t need .
