We came in with an idea, and Mike sold us on the Envision and we took delivery the same day. Drop off in the AM was easy and they where able to add a transmission service/flush to the engine oil change appointment. That did ask again if they could make an offer on my car but I'm not ready to purcha transmission service/flush to the engine oil change appointment.
