Awesome Action!! JD and the crew at Action were awesome!! They brought in the Tucson I wanted in for me from another dealer and even after I was not sure I could buy JD and the crew at Action were awesome!! They brought in the Tucson I wanted in for me from another dealer and even after I was not sure I could buy that car JD was willing to show other vehicles they had that might better fit my needs. I felt they really cared about helping me get a car that both fit my financial & option wish list. Sport is not the Hyundai dealer closest to my home and I feel the other dealers in the area can learn a lot form the people at Action. JD felt more like a big brother than a car salesman. I was not feeling to well the day we looked and he was very accommodating, we went to grab a bite to eat in the middle of the process to help make me feel better. As a former auto dealer employee I am well aware of the stereotypical salesman and experienced such tactics at the other dealerships I went to in the prior months, Action was the total opposite and that was such a refreshing thing to experience. All I wanted was a new car, my 2003 Elantra has seen better days, I was losing hope until ACTION!! More
