We are out of state from Minnesota and Frank Anthony at Action Hyundai in Millville, NJ went above and beyond for us. He was up over 6 hours after the dealership closed answering questions over text, as we were frantic trying to secure a Ioniq. We searched everywhere and could only find two in the entire country. Frank went in early the next day and he reserved the vehicle and started all the paperwork for us. We flew in once we knew it was a for sure thing and he got us set up with the car right away, the car was in great shape and he ended up getting us an even better interest rate once we got there! Make sure you ask for Frank Anthony and you will get dedicated and up front service. Thank you Frank! More

Lied about everything Went in looking at a leftover 2019 model. First asked about the financing percentage rate. A finance officer told me 0%. The salesman immediately contradicted him and told me 3.9%. Immediate turn off. Then I asked what was the bottom line price on the car. What was the exact price that I could purchase the car for. They told me that I had to fill out some paperwork before I could get a price. That too is a lie. A dealer doesn't need ANY information to give you a "Price to buy". I walked out. I went hoke and wrote an email to the sales manager of the dealership. Explaing what had happened. He gave me a wishy washy answer that I wasn't satisfied with so I called him direct. He lied to e and said it was the law that they "Had to identify who they were dealing with". The police cannot even asked you for unwarranted identification and I told him so. So be on the look out. All this "Identification" is a dealerships underhanded attempt to get you information and wring the most money out of you. More
