The service was good and on time. Christina was wonderful to deal with. I was told by someone name mike in service that my tire rotation was going to get thrown in w my service, then he acted like he never s to deal with. Horrible service! The service department here is HORRIBLE. I had my vehicle sent in for parts to be put on my vehicle and I was told that they WOULD NOT perform the ser The service department here is HORRIBLE. I had my vehicle sent in for parts to be put on my vehicle and I was told that they WOULD NOT perform the service because my wheels were too big. When I asked the service writer Dan if he could find a way to get it done, he said no. I told Dan that I would take my business elsewhere and he said that if I did I wasn’t allowed back. Needless to say, Vann Dodge will NEVER EVER get my business again. You should be ashamed of him and find someone more professional to represent your company. More

Visiting your car/truck family I live 25 miles (45 Minutes) from Vann Dodge. I've been asked more than once "Why travel so far when theirs other dealerships near by. My first vehicle at Vann was in 2010. I've been a loyal customer for ten years and three new Rams. This group of employees all have the same goal, their customers. They are the best, from the sales group to the service department. All true professionals at their job. Dan my service representative always makes that extra effort to see that your visit is as good as or better then the last. His dedication is obvious after you have had the pleasure meeting him. Finally a service advisor, that cares and listen! I am NOT an easy customer...to say the very least. I love cars....and have had many over the years....and I AM picky! I just tend to notice the smalle I am NOT an easy customer...to say the very least. I love cars....and have had many over the years....and I AM picky! I just tend to notice the smallest details. Just the way I was wired! I had awful experience in the past with the service department at This dealership; but finally Dan Lonzi; has been “beyond helpful, knowledgeable, patient....and through all of this...always friendly”.....and always make sure my concerns are fixed. What else can one say about “Good Service....And A Great Staff”? Wouldn’t go anywhere else....while the right services advisor is there! Many Thanks!!!! More
