I am using a one star rating however it has nothing to do with the actual service. The service was great as were the actual people who worked on my car. The woman who worked at the service desk was a nig with the actual service. The service was great as were the actual people who worked on my car. The woman who worked at the service desk was a nightmare. When I went to pay I was $1.00 short and my mac card would not work. She gave me such a hard time, told me she couldn't release me car without the $1.00 payment, then asked my why I couldn't go somewhere and get a dollar. Honestly "you're ready to impound my car for a dollar, do you expect me to walk somewhere to get the money?" Fortunately an extremely nice gentlemen who worked in the service department witnessed the entire fiasco and paid the dollar on my behalf. This was not the first time I had taken my vehicle there for service. She had my name and address and I assured her I would bring her the dollar, but she would not budge. Horrible, horrible, customer service on her part. More

Always a pleasant experience bringing our vehicles in. My husband had purchased the light bulbs for his headlights himself, but apparently got the wrong ones.
