Went there to get oil change, problem checked on car, and brakes looked at for pricing because I knew I needed them done. Went to pick my car up and went to cashier desk where I asked for a breakdown of pric brakes looked at for pricing because I knew I needed them done. Went to pick my car up and went to cashier desk where I asked for a breakdown of prices. Another woman came to explain she was very nice however the older cashier woman said can we move this along while the woman was talking. It was extremely rude and terrible customer service.was charged an extra 40 dollars for someone to just look at my brakes when I already said I knew I needed them done. Charged 125 dollars to diagnose car jerking and my car was only driven maybe two miles and was told they did a system update and car was running fine. It jerked twice on my way home, so the problem was not resolved or fixed. rotated my tires when I removed the tire rotation option off while scheduling the service because they were brand new tires. I will not be going back there because I had a terrible experience all around. More

They were very helpful and took the time to explain what was being done to my vehicle. Because it was an issue with the Jeep itself and couldn't be fixed at that time because of the company trying to resear was being done to my vehicle.
