Great dealership- no funny business! After searching all around, i found the truck i wanted at a great price at Vann Dodge Jeep Chrysler RAM. I live about 2 hours away so I called to nego After searching all around, i found the truck i wanted at a great price at Vann Dodge Jeep Chrysler RAM. I live about 2 hours away so I called to negotiate over the phone. Brandon called me back and was polite and honest about the sale. After a couple calls back and fourth, we were able to settle on a great deal! I drove the two hours to get my new truck and Brandon had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there. When i got there, i got the deal and truck that i was promised.... no tricks or games were played by the staff (something that happens way too often at bigger dealerships). The dealership is a smaller/ family owned dealership and it truely showed. The staff was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. It was a wayyyyy better buying experience than going to a giant auto mall where you feel like you’re just another unit to the sales staff. There were no “games” being played and I never felt like the finance manager or the salesman was trying to screw me into paying more money. They truely made me feel like they wanted and needed my business. They did their best to get close to my desired monthly payment and they were rewarded with a new customer. I will certainly be recommending this dealership to my friends. A two hour ride was well worth it to get the truck i wanted with the friendly help of Brandon and the rest of the staff at Vann’s ! (The only reason i didnt schedule my first service with them was due to the fact that i love 2 hours away!) More
