Great, quick, and what we wanted My wife and I walked in with specific thoughts of what we wanted and what we needed. Keith and the manager Steve were great. They made sure to show us My wife and I walked in with specific thoughts of what we wanted and what we needed. Keith and the manager Steve were great. They made sure to show us what we could get within our range as for budget and necessities, eliminating what we were looking at that we couldn’t afford. Next they asked what we “needed” to help narrow down our choices, also making sure we got what we wanted in order to be happy and not just settle. Then he offered his opinion without being pushy, which resulted in satisfaction and ya buying the car we actually wanted and not just something that we could afford and had to settle. At first it was a price above our expectations but he came back after working some numbers that worked with our demand, and we walked out that night, with what we asked for in price and necessities. Couldn’t be any happier. I’m glad they got new managers and they actually enjoy their jobs and work with the customers, not just trying to get a quick sale. More
