very misleading--they'll say anything to get you to come in this was a very disappointing experience. i found a car i wanted and called the dealership. i spoke with one of the sales people (dianne) and she gave this was a very disappointing experience. i found a car i wanted and called the dealership. i spoke with one of the sales people (dianne) and she gave me some lease prices that turned out to be all false once i was ready to commit (she was very apologetic). the real lease prices made purchase a better option for me. offered me $9500 off sticker. i clarified. i started at the sticker price and we worked through all the numbers and fees (tax, tags etc) including trade in value to get an out the door number. this took an hour and a half of my life. in the interum, i spoke with someone who has experience with this dealership and they told me to expect the price to be way higher than quoted once i got there to ink the deal. today i spent most of may day at the dealership. one arrival, i shared all of the information that i had been given on the phone (she was unable to get out of a meeting to talk to me at the time). i shared the numbers i had been given and received all the positive vibes as the located that perfect vehicle and evaluated my trade. when it came down to making the deal, numbers turned sideways and thousands more were on the vehicle. i could not have been more intentional about clarifying the offer and i was mislead at each turn. they senior management assured me that this was not a pattern and they would look into Diane's behavior. as i look at the yelp reviews, i see that this is their (and her) pattern. while part of me is disappointed that i was not able to procure the vehicle, i am increasingly pleased that i did not do a deal with a business like this. you will be well served to take your business elsewhere. julio at lilliston dodge in millville was hones enough to tell me to go with their deal as he could not do that well, but he warned me that it may turn into smoke and mirrors. he was right. i will go to julio from now on. he was honest and made no attempts to try a switch or to talk me into something else when he couldn't match their price. We have been to many dealerships over the years and there is nothing worse than when car sales personnel do not honor what your car is worth. These guys were very professional and worked with us on our trade in value--just show them the proof and they will make a fair offer. Jim was fantastic--very polite, patient, easy going, and accommodating. Staff were not overly pushy, and were straightforward when answering our questions. We highly recommend this dealership, and we will definitely be looking for another vehicle from them in the future. More
