This place is great. After my month of anger dealing with other dealerships for a new lease. This was the last stop I was going to do and just wait a few months and go without a car if I needed to. No one would work out a deal and monthly payments just seemed way to high even for the higher model cars I have been looking at. No one would budge on payments and many places were blatantly rude with comments as we would leave under their breath. Once we looked around at VANN they only had one jeep I liked and it has been way to high priced every where else, so again I was frustrated and about to just leave. I thought I would just at least hear the salesman out and not be rude. He handed us a quote that was done for us ahead of time and at first I thought is was for a jeep I didn‘t want to settle for but it was for the higher model I thought was out of reach. They worked with me to get the price down even a little more and never said no to any price I put on the table, they just worked through and got me close to what I asked. It is hundreds of dollars less than all the other dealerships I visited. They also went through every items operation in the JEEP form seats to navigation system, to call no matter what questions I may have. Thank you so much for telling me not to settle and working with me to get me the JEEP I really liked. This was the best experience I have had leasing a vehicle and I have been leasing a long time. The manager did not give the condition of the vehicle for the difference, only that the 3rd party tool was incorrect, and not his fault. I'm pretty sure that someone lied, and can't shake the feeling that I was cheated. I had a 10 AM appointment, but the staff did not seem prepared. The vehicle was buried in the lot and covered with pollen, bird poop, etc. Ugly In the Covid world, dealership staff were in the car touching critical controls bare handed. No wipes used or offered for our use. We had to ask. The sales docs were incorrect and had to be reprinted. Overall, had the color not been what we wanted, or available at another dealer we would have walked. More
