Nathaniel was full of attitude when requesting a rental when unable to wait for service. I have service contracts that cover daily rentals and a rental was requested when the service appointment was booked when unable to wait for service. Wasted my time driving to the dealer just for him to act appalled that I would need a rental and could not wait 90 minutes for the vehicle to be repaired. Left with a broken vehicle and a rescheduled appointment. If the service techs weren't so excellent I would never give this service department my business. More
